Chair Yoga Stretch

This class offers safely designed postures to work out all the kinks and to relieve stress.  Through restorative breathing, stretching and flexing, daily movement becomes easier and mental clarity is improved.

Korean Tai Chi

Korean forms of gentle movement designed to move “chi”, the internal energy to promote better health, balance, flexibility and overall happiness. Exercises can be done by any age (standing or from a chair.)

A symptom based class for all ages combining deep stretching exercises, meditative breathing techniques and energy awareness to reach optimum health.
