Meals on Wheels
are delivered by our volunteer drivers between 11am-12:30pm Monday thru Friday. Packaged hot lunches are usually accompanied with a sandwich that may serve as an evening meal. NACOG clients are partially Federally funded and are asked to make a suggested donation of $3.75 per meal. Private pay clients agree to pay up to $7.00 per meal.

The Breakfast/Weekend Club
You must receive Meals-on-Wheels to be eligible for this program. Breakfast Club provides seniors with a grocery bag filled with food items to allow for a healthy diet over the weekend. The grocery bag of weekend items is delivered on Fridays.
The Community Lunch Program
invites all members of the community to join us in our dining room for a delicious hot meal. Enjoy the friendly atmosphere and meet with and make new friends.
Our talented, award-winning chefs create a home-cooked meal in our own kitchen Monday thru Friday. Five days a month we feature meals donated by our Restaurant Partners; El Rincon, The Hideaway, Heartline Café, Oak Creek Brewery & Grill, and Poco Diablo Resort.
The Dining Room is open Monday thru Friday from 11:45am-1pm with lunch served promptly at noon. Reservations are required. Lunch is $6.00 per meal for those 59 and under and a suggested donation of $3.00 per meal for ages 60 and over.
Our Telecare Program
provides a daily telephone call for individuals who live alone and may not have daily contacts in case of an unexpected illness or fall. This service is provided by our fantastic volunteers and is free of charge to all Sedona residents.
Our Transportation Program
is currently undergoing evaluation, and cooperative service with Verde Valley Caregivers and Sedona Sunrise Adult Daycare are anticipated to begin in 2014. In the meantime, all transportation needs are being referred to Verde Valley Caregivers at 928.204.1238.
