She returned to Los Angeles continuing to hone her dance skills under the tutelage of Roberto Amaral and performed extensively with various Flamenco groups in the L.A. Qi Gong for Movement
QiGong opens/enhances the flow of Qi (energy) in the same meridians that form a foundation of Acupuncture and Classical Chinese Medicine.

This class was designed as a low-impact experience for seniors, but any age can benefit. Physically, slow gentle QiGong movements warm tendons, ligaments, and muscles; tonify vital organs and connective tissue; and promote circulation of body fluids (blood, synovial, lymph).
