An Event Venue in Sedona That Directly Supports Our Community!
The Sedona Community Center, conveniently located in West Sedona, has two meeting rooms and a gorgeous outdoor space available to rent for your meetings and events. Income generated from room rentals help support Meals on Wheels and other food programs the Center provides to the Sedona and Village Of Oak Creek communities. We can accommodate parking for up to 50 vehicles, with 4 Handicap spots.
Any event or meeting held here should fall in with our Mission Statement which is “Our Mission is to contribute to the health and well-being of the Seniors in the Greater Sedona area via Meals on Wheels, Community Meals, Social Events and Physical Activities.”

The Tudor Room is a smaller (634 sq. ft.) carpeted room great for conferences, smaller meetings, and workshops. We can set the room for conference style or classroom style or whatever meets your needs. We recently upgraded the room with the new technology to include a large screen smart tv for presentations and Zoom capabilities. For any presentation all you need is a laptop with HDMY or USB to run a presentation. Room capacity is 65 per Fire Marshall. Tables, chairs and a podium are included in the room rental.
Rental Cost: $70.00 per hour $60.00 for 501 (c)(3) Non-profits (proof with non-profit certificate required) There is a flat fee of $30.00 to use the technology. (Please include complete usage time-frame in your rental request to accommodate time required for decorating, concluding meetings, clean-up, etc.)
The Flynn Room is a a large open space (1025 sq. ft.) with hardwood floors. The tables can be set to accommodate up to 60 people. Food service, if you need it, is always buffet style. We recently updated to a large screen smart TV with Zoom capabilities. For any presentation all you need is a laptop with HDMI or USB to run your presentation. Room Capacity is 100 per Fire Marshall. Tables, chairs and a podium are included in the room rental.

Our beautiful Outdoor Patio and covered rotunda is a relaxing place to host any event while enjoying the gorgeous weather of Sedona. You can even host a barbeque to kick off a celebration.
Rental Cost: $100.00 per hour with a landscape clean up fee of $75.00

If you are planning to have food at your event, we offer catering services from our award winning kitchen. Meet with our head chef to plan a specialized menu for your guests. Anything is possible for catering, we will do our best to get you a fair price and serve it with the best quality items. We do not allow catering to be brought in as we have a Chef and kitchen staff already. We also do not have servers to serve your event, if you would like them, you will have to hire them in. (No alcohol is allowed) Any event/meeting held during non-business hours has a fee of $25.00 per hour to pay for staffing.
