An Event Venue in Sedona That Directly Supports Our Community!
The Sedona Community Center, conveniently located in West Sedona, has two meeting rooms and a gorgeous outdoor space available to rent for your meetings and events. Income generated from room rentals help support Meals on Wheels and other food programs the Center provides to the Sedona and Village Of Oak Creek communities. We can accommodate parking for up to 50 vehicles, with 4 Handicap spots.

The Flynn Room is a large open space (1025 sq. ft.) with hardwood floors. Our tables can be set up to seat up to 60 people for your event. Room capacity is 100 per Fire Marshall.
Rental Cost: $90.00 per hour $80.00 for 501 (c)(3) Non-profits (proof with non-profit certificate required) (Please include complete usage time-frame in your rental request to accommodate time required for decorating, concluding meetings, clean-up, etc.)
The Tudor Room is a smaller (634 sq. ft.), carpeted room great fit for conferences, smaller meetings and workshops. We can set the room for conference style or classroom style. There is also a screen for showing films or a power point presentation. Room Capacity is 65 per Fire Marshall.

Use of microphones, sound system, and screen can be made available for an additional charge. Tables, chairs and a podium are included in the room rental.
Our beautiful Outdoor Patio and covered rotunda is a relaxing place to host any event while enjoying the gorgeous weather of Sedona. You can even host a barbeque to kick off a celebration.

If you are planning to have food at your event, we offer catering services from our award winning kitchen. Meet with our head chef to plan a specialized menu for your guests. Anything is possible for catering, we will do our best to get you a fair price and serve it with the best quality items. We do not allow catering to be brought in as we have a Chef and kitchen staff already. We also do not have servers to serve your event, if you would like them, you will have to hire them in. (No alcohol is allowed) Any event/meeting held during non-business hours has a fee of $25.00 per hour to pay for staffing.
