Looking for a meaningful and rewarding volunteer opportunity in your community?
Sedona Meals on Wheels is currently seeking volunteer drivers to deliver meals, smiles and complete wellness checks to our homebound clients in Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek.
Our permanent drivers, deliver one day per week Monday through Friday. The time commitment is roughly 2 1/2 hours from 10:30 am- 1:00 pm.
Routes start and end at the Sedona Community Center located at 2615 Melody Lane in West Sedona, except for the Village of Oak Creek drivers who begin and end at Red Rock Café.
All drivers are required to have a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, current driver’s license, and auto insurance.
We are also seeking volunteers who are willing to substitute as drivers to pick up routes when the permanent drivers are unable to drive Monday through Friday.
Volunteer drivers can receive a lunch on the day they volunteer when requested.

Consider being a dining room server.
One day a week commitment, from 11:15 to 1pm. Set tables, serve and clear dishes. When lunch is over, clearing off tables and putting every thing away.
There is always room for you to dine while you are here, volunteers get a free lunch.

Services are funded by the Older American’s Act, SSBG funds and the State of Arizona. Funding also comes from the City of Sedona, Yavapai County and Private Donations. Funding is allocated on a regional basis from the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Aging and Adult (DAAS) to Northern Arizona Council of Governments (NACOG) Aging. Funding also comes from the City of Sedona and private donations.
