HOME DELIVERED MEALS
For many of the seniors in our community, Meals on Wheels deliveries are literally the difference between remaining in their own homes and needing to relocate to a nursing or assisted living facility. The delivery of a nutritious meal, friendly visit, and wellness check helps them cope with three of the biggest threats of aging: hunger, isolation, and loss of independence. For many seniors, our caring volunteer drivers are the only people they see or speak with all day.
We also offer Meals on Wheels services to those recuperating from an illness or hospital stay and need our services when they are unable to cook or shop for themselves.
Our dedicated, caring volunteer drivers deliver between 11:00 am-1:00 pm Monday through Friday. It takes 7 drivers a day to deliver on average 100 meals, that equals 35 drivers per week!

The Breakfast Club "BAG"

All Meals on Wheels clients are eligible for this program.
Breakfast Club is delivered on Fridays and provides seniors with a few extra breakfast items to allow for some supplemental nutrition over the weekend
Our Daily In-House Lunch
Join us for a delicious lunch
We hope you’ll join us for lunch, Monday through Friday, please call 928-282-2834 to make your reservation. You can either call the day before or sign up while you are here, cut off time for reservations is 9:30am that day. Cost for lunch is $7 for 60 and over and $10 for under 60.
We invite all senior members of the community to join us in our dining room for a delicious hot meal. Enjoy the friendly atmosphere and meet with and make new friends. Our talented, award-winning chef creates a home-cooked meal in our kitchen Monday through Friday. The meal includes a main entrée, 2 sides, salad and dessert, we offer coffee, fresh-brewed iced tea and 2% milk is also available.
Transportation
Need a Ride to the Center for Lunch?
The city of Sedona offers a transportation service from most areas of the city to the center and back home as part of their Sedona shuttle Connect service. Cost for seniors is only one dollar each way.
