Gentle yoga
Instructor ~ Claire ~ brings years of yoga knowledge to help you gently work your way into some classic yoga poses. Stretching and balance will benefit your everyday movements. (chairs available) Please bring your own yoga mat, and if you have straps or blocks, please bring those as well.

Introductory class price is just $5.00 for the month of October.
Starting in November it will be $10.00.
Bring a friend, and they pay $5.00 for their first class.
Life After Loss – Grief Support Group
A grief support group facilitated by Hospice Compassus. All are welcome who have experienced a loss in our community. Loss is a journey that you do not have to take alone. Please join us and experience community, a likeness of experience and healing with others who have lost a loved one. This is an open, non-secular support group, free of charge.

This is an acrylic painting class perfect for first-time painters or beginners. There will be multiple projects to choose from, or bring your own image you want to recreate onto canvas. If you have your own supplies (canvas, paint and brushes) bring them along. If not, one-time use supplies will be available for purchase ($5.00).

T’ai Chi for Beginners
T’ai Chi offers relaxation, balance, centering and calmness of mind through a series of slow rhythmic movements. No harsh stretching or straining is employed in T’ai Chi yet it is a wonderful all-around conditioner. No special equipment or clothing need be purchased.

Wiggle and Giggle
Fall Break ~ No Classes for October and November ~
will resume Tuesday December 2
This class includes aerobic dance, balance, toning, stretching and laughter. We are also a support group for each other and share health tips. Exercise chairs are available for those who wish to chair dance. Fun for all ages. Join us for a fun filled, laughing, healthy, social hour.
