The Flynn Room

The Flynn Room is a large open space 

(1025 sq. ft.) with hardwood floors. 

The tables can be set to accommodate up to 42 people.

 Food service, if you need it, is always buffet style. 

There is a large screen smart TV with Zoom capabilities.

 For any presentation, all you need is a laptop with an HDMI or USB to run your presentation. 

Tables, chairs, and a podium are included in the room rental.

Rental Cost:

 $90.00 per hour 

$80.00 for 501 (c)(3) Non-profits

(proof with non-profit certificate required)      

*There is a flat fee of $30.00 to use the technology
